San Bernardino Premise Liability Settlement

Ms. D and her family were shopping at a Lowe’s store and they were walking throughout the store. Suddenly, Ms. D slipped and fell on a loose banner/sign that was left flat on the ground. Prior to stepping on the banner/sign, Ms. D noticed the sign, however, she believed it was painted onto the floor because there was a similar painted signage at the entrance of the store.
Ms. D’Mytro sustained a severe injury to her lumbar spine, which required 5 epidural injections and surgery. She incurred around $353,000 in medical expenses and Mr. Ellis was able to recover $1,500,000 on her behalf.
