Dale D. Pawley brings over a decade of civil litigation experience to Ellis Law, with prior defense litigation experience in the areas of premises liability, transportation/catastrophic injury, products liability, and maritime law.
Mr. Pawley’s current practice areas include complex personal injury matters, transportation accident litigation, and premises liability litigation.
Dale began his legal career as a legal research assistant for the Sacramento County District Attorney’s office, and after passing the bar exam, opened a solo practice focused on criminal defense, immigration, and family law. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and before the U.S. Department of Justice Immigration Courts.
In 2007, Dale graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University with a J.D. and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. Mr. Pawley earned his Associate of Arts in Political Science from Los Angeles Valley Community College in 2000.
