The impact of car accidents

Ellis Law sends its sympathies and well wishes to all the victims and their families. As veteran Los Angeles car accident lawyers, we are keenly aware of the far-ranging implications of such tragedies. It is unsettling how quickly a car crash can change lives. There will be time away from work, medical bills, grief, and pain and suffering, all piling quickly and impacting the lifestyles of everyone close to the victims.

Liability issues in multi-car accidents

When there are three or more vehicles involved in a collision, establishing responsibility can be more complex. A careful investigation is necessary to gather evidence, speak to witnesses and look at other contributing factors such as road hazards, poor weather, and the conditions of the drivers. In accidents where alcohol or drugs were involved, victims may have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit.

At Ellis Law, we fight to ensure victims of negligent drivers are justly compensated for their pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost wages and other economic damages. If you or someone you love has been harmed by another motorist, contact our offices at 310-641-3335 to schedule a free consultation with a skilled personal injury lawyer.
