Liability issues in multi-car accidents
When there are three or more vehicles involved in a collision, establishing responsibility can be more complex. A careful investigation is necessary to gather evidence, speak to witnesses and look at other contributing factors such as road hazards, poor weather, and the conditions of the drivers. In accidents where alcohol or drugs were involved, victims may have the right to pursue a personal injury lawsuit.
At Ellis Law, we fight to ensure victims of negligent drivers are justly compensated for their pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost wages and other economic damages.
