The Defendant failed to stop at the posted stop sign before entering the same intersection as the Plaintiff, and the Defendant’s vehicle collided with the right side of the Plaintiff’s car, causing the Plaintiff’s vehicle to flip over onto its roof.
The Plaintiff sustained rib, spine, should, knee, and chest injuries. Medical bills totaled $ 42,506.50.
