The Plaintiff, a production control expeditor, was walking in a company building when he slipped on water on the floor from a cleaning machine. The Defendants provided the cleaning machine and the employee operating the machine.
The Plaintiff argued that the machine left wet streaks on the floor when the operator moved the machine too quickly. Immediately after the accident, the Plaintiff contacted the safety department. He suffered injuries to his wrists, hands, groin, and knees.
