The Plaintiff was walking on the crosswalk toward his office. As he approached an intersection, the Plaintiff saw the Defendant, who was driving a golf cart, slowing down as she neared the intersection. The Plaintiff continued to cross the street, but was suddenly struck by the Defendant’s golf cart.
The Plaintiff was propelled approximately 25-30 feet, which caused injuries to his hip, buttock, back, and right lower leg. Plaintiff incurred medical expenses in excess of $300,000.00.
